What are Farofa Foods’ delivery days?

Currently our deliveries are made every Saturday.

*Orders placed after 6pm on Friday will be delivered in the following week.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of metro Vancouver. (From West Vancouver and up to Langley).

Is there a delivery fee?

We charge a flat rate of $2.50 per delivery.

What if I’m not home at the delivery time?

Can I change the delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

Yes, just send an email with your order number and the new address to orders@farofafoods.ca and we will change it for you. 

We accept changes until Friday 5pm.

Do you have a monthly subscription?

No, our customers are free to buy as many of our products as they want at any time of the month.

How do I buy your Gift Card?

For how long can I keep my food in the refrigerator?

Once thawed, transfer it to a new container and you can keep it refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Are your products allergen free?

We specify on our packages which allergen each of our products contain. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen whose environment may contain tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, mustard, sesame, and sulfites. Though best practices are used when preparing the meal, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
